MATHTERMIND PRIVACY POLICY
It is Iain Coleman / Interactive Textbooks's (hereinafter, "us" or "we") policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our products. Your privacy is critically important to us.
This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") applies to the Mathtermind application (hereinafter, "Mathtermind" or “The App”) on iPhone, iPad, Android and Amazon devices. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting personally identifiable information (“PII”) you may provide through the use of The App.
We have adopted this Privacy Policy to explain what information The App stores and how it uses this information. This Privacy Policy only applies to information stored by the Mathtermind application and does not apply to our collection of information from other sources.
This Privacy Policy, together with the Terms and conditions posted on our Website (see links in footer), set forth the general rules and policies governing your use of The App. Depending on your activities when visiting this Website, you may be required to agree to additional terms and conditions.
APP DATA COLLECTION
Mathtermind stores game data so that you can continue The App from where you left in a previous session. This information contains data such as play time, scores and achievements, as well as information about The App's default language, audio settings, and graphical options (hereinafter "Master App Data").
Master App Data is always stored only locally to your device.
You can choose to share App Data with your other devices through Apple's Game Center. If you are using Game Center, The App sends your Achievements and Leaderboard high scores to Game Center.
You may decline to send data to Game Center. To stop sending data to Game Center, you must sign out of Game Center in Apple Settings or switch off Game Center via the Mathtermind in app settings. As a result, you will not appear in The App’s Leaderboards. Please refer to Apple's documentation for information on how Apple stores its customers’ Game Center data.
The Game collects PII, as described above. This includes your Game Center ID that is associated with Session Game Data. We collect this data also on underage users. The basis for this is legitimate interest under GDPR, and to support internal operations of The Game under COPPA.
No other personal information is collected or transmitted by Mathtermind on any platform included in Apple Arcade. Please refer to Game Center T&C and Apple Privacy Policy for additional terms related to Apple services.

PRIVACY POLICY CHANGES
Although most changes are likely to be minor, Iain Coleman / Interactive Textbooks may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and at our sole discretion. We encourage visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its Privacy Policy. Your continued use of Mathtermind after any change in this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change.
